Plots 163a & b are LAND learners projects with the Permaculture Association UK.

Plot 163b was acquired on April 2021, and plot 163a in November 2024. This consists of 2 x 5 pole allotments adjacent to each other. Plot B focuses on the food forest system, integrating annuals. Plot A is still in the early stages of design. Both plots demonstrate the ethics and principles Permaculture design.
